Using Relayed
These terms cover the Relayed Discord bot, website/dashboard, staff workspace, support assistant and approved custom bot hosting service operated by the Relayed team. Use the service only for accounts, Discord servers, bots and ER:LC private servers you are authorized to manage. Meet Discord's applicable minimum age and any applicable Roblox/ER:LC requirements, and follow the relevant platforms' terms and rules. Relayed is independent and is not endorsed by Discord, Roblox or Police Roleplay Community.
Permissions and responsibility
Server managers choose roles, channels, modules, thresholds, message designs and access. Keep bot/API credentials and access codes private; never provide Discord user passwords or user-account tokens. You are responsible for configured moderation, rank changes, role grants, ticket access, application review, logging, in-game commands and staff access. The current installation invite requests Administrator, but Discord hierarchy and integration permissions still apply. Adding a participant to a ticket exposes its existing history to them; check that sharing is appropriate. Use ordinary non-privileged roles for self-service and join roles.
Automated protection and data handling
AutoMod, unsafe-link filtering, points-based punishment and Anti-Nuke act according to configuration and can produce false positives, miss events or fail because of permissions, role order, outages or third-party limitations. Anti-Nuke reacts after actions and cannot guarantee zero damage or restore deleted channels, roles, bans or kicks. Quarantine can remove manageable roles and apply a timeout. Review settings in a test environment and retain appropriate independent backups. Ticket closure may delete the channel after transcript archival; exports may be limited to the latest 500 messages. Failed DMs do not necessarily cancel moderation, ticket closure or application decisions. Keep applications, transcripts, staff records and exports limited to authorized recipients.
Acceptable use
Do not use Relayed for raids, spam, harassment, threats, unlawful content, credential theft, impersonation, unauthorized access, evading platform restrictions or bypassing rate limits. Do not use server/application data for advertising, selling personal information, prohibited profiling or model training. Do not request unnecessary sensitive information through forms. Staff/application features support community participation and administration, not real-world employment, lending, housing or comparable eligibility decisions. Respect removals, blocked DMs, privacy controls and the rights of server members. Report abuse through private Relayed support.
ER:LC and sessions
Your private server must have the required ER:LC API entitlement and application authorization. Follow ER:LC's API Use Guidelines and supply only keys you may use. Remote commands execute immediately in the connected game server; the requesting manager is responsible for their effects. Session announcements and interest votes are separate from remote commands. Reaching a vote goal does not automatically start a session. Counts and game activity can be delayed, cached or unavailable.
Free features and Relayed Plus
Core moderation, AutoMod, Anti-Nuke, tickets, community tools, message editing/logging and ER:LC integration are available as free features. Plus covers Applications, Partnerships and more than one configured ticket panel. Staff management, Sessions and other modules remain free. Existing open tickets remain manageable if Plus expires; saved additional panel designs are retained but require Plus for new publication and ticket creation. The current advertised Plus price is $2.99 USD per month or $22.99 USD per year for one Discord server. Annual billing charges the full annual amount upfront and renews yearly; checkout states the actual charge and applicable taxes before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled under the displayed billing terms. Use the available billing portal or contact support for cancellation and payment/refund questions. Removing the bot does not cancel billing. Existing first-100-server lifetime Plus grants remain attached to their Discord server ID without a recurring charge; removing/re-adding a bot does not create another grant. Lifetime refers to the supported service's operation, not a guarantee of perpetual hosting or unchanged features. Select the intended Discord server before checkout. The selected server ID is included in Stripe checkout records to associate payment with the requested service; New Custom Bot purchases through the website use verified payment and guided self-service setup; existing manually managed purchases remain supported separately. The current lifetime promotion uses the main bot’s active server membership rather than historical installs. Before the offer closes, departures free spots for new connected servers. Reaching 100 active servers ends enrollment permanently, including after later departures. Previously granted lifetime access is preserved, so the number of historical grants may exceed 100.
Custom Bot hosting and trials
Custom Bot hosting is currently advertised at $4.99 USD per month or $44.99 USD per year (charged upfront and renewing yearly), subject to checkout terms and hosting availability. Website checkout checks capacity and reserves a slot before payment. Verified payment automatically enables setup for the selected server and purchasing Discord account. The customer must create and invite their own Discord application and complete secure setup; payment alone does not create a Discord application. Successful paid setup starts hosting automatically. The customer creates/owns their Discord application, authorizes the bot/server and supplies its bot token through the secure setup form. Hosting depends on capacity, permissions, platform requirements and a valid hosting entitlement. A free trial has an assigned end time; expiry stops hosting while preserving saved setup rather than granting permanent free service. Suspension or removed access can also stop hosting without deleting data. Existing same-server settings may be imported on first start; previously posted Discord panels must be republished by the customer bot. Paid hosting stops when subscription access becomes inactive or expires, preserving saved setup. Scheduled cancellation retains access through the paid period. Payment disputes/refunds may suspend hosting pending review. Use Manage subscription in setup or contact support for billing help. Existing manually managed bots and older Payment Link purchases are not automatically migrated. Support-approved one-time plans may cover one bot in up to two approved servers for one calendar year from payment, without automatic renewal. Hosting stops at expiry while settings are retained. Custom plans do not cancel separate recurring subscriptions.
Availability, help and changes
Relayed remains in beta. Features can change or be unavailable during maintenance, permission failures, provider outages, review or enforcement. No uninterrupted uptime or complete protection is promised. Documentation and demos explain or illustrate features; demos do not perform real server actions and sample analytics are not a complete production analytics service. Ask Relayed provides AI-generated guidance, can be wrong and cannot inspect or change your account; verify important steps and do not submit secrets or private records. A separate AI integration module and Roblox verification should not be treated as delivered features. Custom commands are described in the Documentation.
Ending use, privacy and contact
The team may restrict access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with platform requirements or respond to invalid hosting/billing access. You may disable modules, remove a bot, disconnect an integration or end hosting use; retained history and recipient exports are handled under the Privacy Policy, not automatically erased by removal. The Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy explains current data practices and verified deletion requests. Updated terms are published here with a revised date. For service, privacy, billing or abuse questions, contact Relayed support server privately. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Shift requirements
Server managers configure optional weekly shift-hour and message-count targets. A missed target may create a staff infraction record; this does not itself change Discord roles or apply a timeout. Activity totals depend on the bot being online, receiving events, and having channel/member access. Use human review before acting on an activity record. Shift Logging is a free module.
Partnership publishing
Server managers can enable the Plus Partnerships module and authorize command roles. Staff are responsible for reviewing submitted advertisements, choosing an appropriate destination and ping, obtaining permission to advertise, and following server and platform rules. Approval publishes the ad to the selected channel in that Discord server. Do not use Relayed for unsolicited bulk advertising, deceptive content or unauthorized mentions. Automated delivery can fail; check an uncertain delivery before submitting a replacement.
Giveaways
Server operators are responsible for giveaway rules, eligibility, required disclosures, applicable law and prize delivery. Relayed provides entry collection and random selection; it does not charge entrants or fulfill prizes. Outages and Discord permission failures may delay endings or result-message updates. Saved winner results are retained for retries; no exact-time guarantee is provided.
